FRYSC was established by the passage of the Kentucky Education Reform Act. The goal of FRYSC is to promote the flow of resources and support to families in ways that strengthen the growth and development of individual members of the family unit. Each center has a unique blend of programs depending on their location, available services, local needs and community input. At Williamstown, we have a combined center ~ a Family Resource Center for the Elementary school and a Youth Service Center for the Jr/Sr High school.
